Pillow Talk

Some girls love shoes, some tops and tees, and some just always need another handbag.  Who am I kidding, I’m in all those categories.  But my biggest weakness? Pillows.  My heart just couldn’t help myself with my latest find, and before I could tell myself no, I was punching in my credit card number and commiting to buy this lovely find from Brocade Home.

brocade_pillow3_webWith most of their slipcovers running at around fifty bucks a pop, this jacquard beauty was a steal at just $19.  I was even able to use an insert that was resurrected from a case our pup had for lunch, but any poly fill from the fabric store could do.

I need help, people.  With each new pillow purchase, I find myself arranging and rearranging every fluffy throw in the house so that every headrest has a home.  And I often times find myself convincing my husband that we needed this one.  We did, honest.  Anyone with me?

I’m addicted to pillows too! I have enough now though so I’m trying really hard not to buy any more. Most of my pillows are from Target.ReplyCancel

Micah, I just saw the most beautiful pillow at Target the other day, and it took all my might to not snag it off the shelf! Oh, I’m feeling weak in the knees just thinking about it.ReplyCancel

I think in 2010 I’m going to start making my own fabrics and pillow cases, at least throw pillow-sized ones. That one looks good with your chair. You can never have too many pillows!!ReplyCancel
