Painted: Ammo

Ammo was painted on a pint-sized 4×4 panel, appropriately sized for his mini stature, but maybe not so much for his proud, heroic outlook. The teeny dachshund is full of personality, perhaps not surprising when you consider that he’s the baby brother (and very handsome sidekick) to a trio of painting ponies – yes, really (!).

Here’s what Ammo’s mom, Kyley, had to say:

Ammo is a 3 year old Dachshund that lives quite an adventurous life for such a small guy. His day job consists of greeting customers at my small custom frame shop in town, but what he truly loves to do is run like crazy on the family horse farm in Pennsylvania.

When Ammo began traveling and performing with my herd of famous trick ponies at the young age of 1, he officially earned his Super Hero Cape. With his cape flapping in the wind Ammo takes on the World everyday and tries his very best to keep up with his (much larger) pony friends. But at the end of the day, he’s always my very special little Hero.

Of course super heroes have opinions, too – find out what Ammo thinks, right here. And thank you, Kyley, for sharing with us!
