Thanksgiving is just a couple days away (are you ready?), followed up by the ca-raziness that is Black Friday. (The morning news reported early birds in line already. For Friday. Not kidding.) But this year, Small Business Saturday falls over the holiday weekend, and quickly behind SBS is Cyber Monday.
